She then reaches up to remove her glasses.
She looks at the reflection again before stating; "Pretty girl."
The girl replaces her glasses.
"Ugly girl."
Then removes them.
"Pretty girl."

This time the girl does not remove her glasses.
She steps away from the mirror, taking in her whole reflection.
"Why do I always have to be the ugly girl?"

I just got glasses recently (turns out I've probaly needed them my whole life, and JUST now got them) and people who see me with them say I look cuter with them... maybe it's just because I FINNALY changed SOMETHING about my apperence, but I think that glasses' don't make you look worse, you're still pritty under them, but just different. And if you look at manga, the glasses make the charactor look cute also, who's to say this doesn't aply to realy people also?
