Description
I've needed to write Gabriel's bio for a while ago and wanted a full body picture to go with it. Sorry about the other pictures here, but I couldn't help myself at the idea of panda!Gabriel and then I just decided to draw him tired with bed hair and PJs as well. Also if you read the bio you will see that there is a reason behind the panda eyes.

Real Name: Gabriel Moones

Family: Mercury Moones (step-father, deceased), Spring Moones (mother, deceased), Bragi Moones (half-brother), Persy Moones (half-sister), Charlock Lapidus (father)
Love Interest: Gale/Amanda Reid
Power(s): Magical Abilities, mainly flight, forcefields, and invisibility.
Weakness(es): He can only use a limited number of spells without using rituals and spell books. The spells he uses regularly (which provide his powers) are ones he has spent many years learning and perfecting, he has tattoos on his body which he uses as symbols to focus on so he is able to perform these.
Personality: Gabriel is generally quite withdrawn, he doesn't like spending time with his team mates and worries that he isn't good enough. He is a caring young man who can't stand to see other people getting hurt, especially those who are unable to protect themselves. He is naive to this Earth's culture and often has to ask Gale and his other team mates questions about the traditions of this world. He struggles to stand up for himself and would rather just stay back and take any abuse than stand up for himself, although he would be happy to stand up for anybody else in that situation.
Bio: Gabriel is from another dimension, from another version of Earth where things are very different. On hi world, one of the most powerful countries is Alrance, a country that has been at war for many years with the country Gabriel and his family are from, Iltea. Gabriel is the son of an Alrancian soldier who found his mother hurt and took advantage of her. Spring and her husband accepted Gabriel despite his parentage and took care of him with their other children, they moved to a quieter area of Iltea, away from the fighting.
When Gabriel was 4 years old (his brother was 6 and sister 3), the war came to them. The Alrancian's had much more money and more dangerous weapons and were taking more and more Iltean land. The village where the Moones family had moved was bombed and there were very few survivors. When soldiers searched the village the discovered the 3 siblings alive and barely injured. This was because Bragi had magically created a shield to protect them. They brought them back with them and found that all three of them had magical abilities rarely found in Alrance, the children were also more powerful than the average Iltean mage.
It was decided that Gabriel and his siblings be trained in their innate magical abilities so they could be used as weapons in the current war and any future wars Alrance might have. The children were sent to a specialist school where they were trained by the best Alrancian magi to use their abilities. They studied magic in an Alrancian style which often involved symbols and rituals not normally used in Iltea.
Gabriel was the weakest of the children, both physical and when it came to his abilities, he often struggled and was subject to regular beatings from his tutors. His sister worried over him, but his brother, knowing about Gabriel's father, had no sympathy for his half-brother. When Gabriel was 10, his siblings decided to run away from Alrance, but Bragi decided to leave Gabriel behind, saying he was too weak and a liability.
After two of the children left, the Alrancians made sure Gabriel would not escape and kept him locked up when not required for his training. They also intensified his training and his punishments for when he was not up to scratch. They tattooed him to give him a focus to help with the spells he was best at: wings on his back for flight, black markings over his eyes for invisibility, and circles on the backs of his hands for forcefields.
When Gabriel was 14, he finally got the chance to escape. A visitor, feeling sorry for the boy, unlocked his door in the night. He found his way to the library and looked through the books for a spell to help him escape. He found a spell for travelling between dimensions and used it to come to Earth, the book was left behind and he does not remember the spell so he caould not travel back if he wanted to.
After coming to Earth, Gabriel travelled for a while before meeting the Titans and joining, becoming a superhero and using his abilities to help people.

The world is a lot like earth in terms of atmosphere, and basic geography but the shapes and locations of land masses vary from those on Earth.
Alrance is considered a major economic power there, Iltea is quite developed but still considered quite small compared to places like Alrance.
Gabriel's skin colour, although unusual anywhere on Earth, is considered normal for Ilteans on his world.
The normal skin colour in Alrance is Caucasian.
The language spoken in Alrance is very similar to English so Gabriel does not have many communication issues when he leaves his world.
Humans with magical abilities are much more common there, but magi are less common and less powerful in Alrance compared to Iltea.
The war between Alrance and Iltea has been going on for many years and was started due to religious reasons.
